    Katsu is such a western ramen topping. It’s delicious as separate dishes. I cannot understand why you put something with a deep fried crust on top of a soup based dish. Also I don’t get it when western people do it with karaage too.

    Not a fan of combined foods. Keep katsu and ramen separate. Kinda ruins it sogging up the breading.

    Would look better with katsu on a side dish. That breading is going to fall apart in the ramen or get all soggy. You should have had it on a side dish and dipped it. Or better yet, just made katsu curry, because these two meals don’t go together…
